Guided Hiking Tours

Gjógv Village Trip

The northernmost village on the island of Eysturoy, Gjógv is named after a 200m gorge that runs from the village into the ocean. The finest hike is the steep trail leading along the clifftop into the Ambadalur Valley.

Hike To The Cliffs

The hike to the cliffs takes approximately one hour. When standing on the cliffs you'll have an extraordinary view as the lake Sørvágsvatn is located about 40m above sea level and seems to be floating above the sea. Impressive!

Hike To Enniberg

Hike from Viðareiði to Enniberg via the Villingadasfjall - one of the most beautiful hikes in the Faroe Islands. The view from the northernmost point of the Faroe Islands is simply incredible - you'll be rewarded with a great panorama!

Guided Walks: The Charm Of Faroe Islands

Witness Northern Lights

Some good spots are the villages of Gjógv on the northern tip of Eysturoy, and Klaksvík on Borðoy. The best time frame for viewing is from September to March or April.

Meet Puffins

The adorable puffins that nest on Mykines in the thousands during the summer months are the reason this has become a firm favorite for visitors to the Faroe Islands.

Follow The Sheeptrails

Kalsoy has some of the coolest (and creepiest) tunnels you will find on the islands. Cut through the enormous mountains, these passages have just a single lane and no lights.
